Claxton Creek is a sound like no other you have known. Call it a mix of folk and bluegrass, country and rock, blues and gospel. Throw out the cookie cutter and throw all of that into the cake pan and you have an idea of what you will get when you listen to Claxton Creek.
We make it a point to play songs that move us; songs that speak to us as a duo and as individuals. In this way we are able to put our heart and soul into every performance, whether it's a festival, a private venue, or a church. Claxton Creek stands for true musicianship by not limiting ourselves to one particular genre but writing, playing, and singing about things we love no matter what they may be. Music is, for us, a true outlet and a true passion.
